These Terms of Service govern your membership and access to Elwasci (also known as Elliott Wave Science), including its Discord community, research channels, signals dashboard, and all associated services.
By accessing or using Elwasci services, or by remaining a member of the Elwasci Discord server after April 30, 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Elwasci is a market research firm providing blockchain-verified trading signals, Elliott Wave analysis, and macro market intelligence across crypto, equities, commodities, indexes, mutual funds, and forex.
All signals are cryptographically sealed on the Polygon blockchain at the time of posting, before any outcome is possible. This record is immutable, publicly verifiable, and cannot be altered retroactively.
Elwasci does not provide financial advice. Signals and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
Elwasci membership is offered across multiple tiers: Free, Core, Core+, Pro, and Lifetime, each with defined access levels. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
Access is granted at Elwasci's sole discretion. Elwasci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time, with or without prior notice, where a member is found to be in breach of these terms.
Elwasci is built on the principle that a healthy, credible community requires genuine participation. Maintaining accurate membership numbers and an engaged server is not vanity — it is a direct reflection of the quality and integrity of the service.
To preserve the standard of the community, members are expected to demonstrate periodic activity within the Discord server. Activity includes messages, reactions, emoji, likes, or slash command usage.
Lifetime members and Wave Council members are exempt from activity-based expiry.

By remaining in the Elwasci Discord server after receiving a stale member notification, you explicitly acknowledge these terms and consent to the potential outcome of removal.
All payments made to Elwasci are non-refundable. Elwasci's blockchain-verified signal record constitutes documented proof of service delivery, permanently recorded on-chain and publicly verifiable on PolygonScan.
All payments made after April 30, 2026 are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
As a one-time gesture of goodwill during the transition to formal membership terms, members who were active prior to April 30, 2026 and who voluntarily leave the server within 72 hours of receiving a stale member notice are eligible for a 50% partial refund of their most recent membership payment. Prior to these terms, refunds were not available under any circumstance. This exception applies exclusively to pre-existing members and is limited strictly to the 72-hour window following notice of inactivity.
Members who do not respond within 72 hours of their inactivity notice and are subsequently removed are not entitled to any refund. The notice and 72-hour window constitute sufficient opportunity to act.
Members are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Elwasci reserves the right to immediately remove any member without warning and without refund for conduct including but not limited to:
Sharing, redistributing, or reselling Elwasci signals or research content outside the server. Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward any member or Elwasci staff. Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or misrepresent Elwasci's services or track record. Any activity deemed by Elwasci to be detrimental to the community or its integrity.
Elwasci is a market research firm, not a registered financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing published by Elwasci constitutes financial advice.
Past performance, however well documented and blockchain-verified, is not indicative of future results. All trading and investing involves risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Elwasci reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server with a minimum of 14 days notice before taking effect. Continued membership following that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
